1) Our hours are really flexible. We can meet up anytime between 11PM and 8AM. Sleep can always be rescheduled.

2) We will never come home and complain about our boss.

4) You can tell all your friends that you’re dating a CEO who runs their own company. You can leave out the fact that the CEO is also the secretary, the janitor, middle management, and a web design intern.

5) Some of us have millions of dollars in the bank. Of course, it belongs to our investors, but still…it’s in the bank.

6) You get to be a beta tester of the next Google or Facebook.

7) We’re good at teamwork. We have to be…not all of us can code.

8) We’re not afraid of commitment. In fact, let’s move in together… you know, economies of scale and all.

9) Your place is closer to my office and has more bandwidth. Do you mind if I just leave this server here? Really? Is it loud? I never really noticed.

10) Your parents will just love us… They’re accredited investors, right?

It’s great.

The library of conditions, medications, allergies and procedures it has is really impressive.

The only thing is that I found it a little bit slow, some javascript/ajax related actions, I hope it will improve in the future.

However, I will probably not use it regularly for two reasons:

• I don’t live in the USA
• I think Google has enough data about myself (search history, gmail, adsense, calendar, reader, analytics)

A lot of people will find it useful anyway, to check their symptoms before calling a doctor or so. Google Health will be a great time and money saver.

… and a big headache for my Firefox. The Washington Post should really do something about this page (don’t click until you have about one minute of free time!).

Speaking of web development, guess how much this website (the direct linking is forbidden for some reason) cost the Canadian taxpayers…

Next time, when you don’t know what you’re talking about, just say “I don’t know”, especially if you’re appearing on live television. By the way, this advice applies to everyone, political or not.

1- It just works

I’m a GNU/Linux user (ubuntu!), so I probably should not say this, but I don’t care: It is in “full Adobe Flash”, so it’s really simple: Either you have a Flash player installed and everything is fine; either you don’t.
Yesterday night, I wanted to watch the Indiana and North Carolina Democratic Primaries live coverage, and MSNBC was the only place I could; And I think it has something to do with the fact their player isn’t a strange mix of Javascript, Flash and WMV streams, like CNN live for example.

2- The good video quality

3- The playlist

You can navigate through all categories and put videos into a playlist while watching a video, which is very useful.

4- The advertising

The ads are non-repetitive, so you won’t get crazy watching the same ad over and over again, every two of three videos, like at comedycentral’s dailyshow or colbertreport.
